Returns + Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receiving the shipment, with your sales receipt and in its original packaging. Product must not have been used or washed. Gift returns receive in store credit.

Freight Items will be received by a shipping receiver, which is included in the price. All storage and final delivery cost of items from the receiver are the responsibility of the customer. Freight receivers outside of Austin will incur additional fees. No refunds will be provided for manufacturers delays.

Federal law prohibits us on accepting returns on sleeping pillows, sheets, down and down alternative products taken out of its packaging.

No returns on sale or furniture items.
